Edwards of Conwy 6 Cumberland Pork Sausages (400grams)
- Edward of Conwy 6 Cumberland Sausage is a sumptuously bold take on a well known classic with plenty of expertly selected herbs, spices and black & white pepper to enhance a rich and succulent sausage – made with the finest cuts of British Shoulder of Pork.
- A moist sausage with lots of herbs. Testers liked the slightly sweet aroma with parsley and sage adding some depth, but it was subtle overall. Black pepper gave a nice heat.

Cooking Instructions
Instructions: Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.
Our butchers recommend brushing with a little dil before cooking.
Grill
Instructions: Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 14-16 mins, turning regularly.
Oven cook
Instructions: Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 for 20-25 mins, turning halfway.
Shallow Fry
Instructions: Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 14-16 mins, turning regularly.
