  • Ingredients : Salted Egg Yolk, Milk, Fresh Cream, Butter, Sugar, Egg Yolk Powder, Water, White Cream and Yeast.

Cooking Instruction:

1. Put a steaming rack in the pot and add an appropriate amount of water. After the water boils, put the Creamy Salted Egg Bun into the steaming rack and cover the pot.

2. The quicksand bag can be steamed on high fore for 4 minutes.Be careful not to exceed 4 minutes,otherwise it will not be quicksand! 


1. 锅中放入蒸架后加入适当水量,加热至水沸腾后,将流沙包放入蒸架盖上锅盖。

2. 流沙包大火蒸3分钟即可,注意不能超过4分钟,否则不流沙!
