Please take note on Cooking Instruction:

Method 1 (Pan Fry)

  • No Defrost Needed, Immerse whole packaging in Hot/Boiling Water for 10 Minutes. 
  • Remove from Packaging and Pan Fry sear 3 minutes on each side and serve. 

Method 2 (Oven):

  • No Defrost Needed, Immerse whole packaging in Hot/Boiling Water for 10 Minutes. 
  • Remove from Packaging and preheat the oven to 200c , Oven roast 5-10 minutes and serve. 

Method 3 (Air Fryer) :

  • No Defrost Needed, Immerse whole packaging in Hot/Boiling Water for 10 Minutes. 
  • Remove from Packaging and preheat the airfryer to 180c , air fry for 4 minutes on each side and serve.


烹饪说明:

煮法1 (煎)

  • 不需解冻,只需将未开封的包装袋子在开水里煮10分钟
  • 将肉从包装里取出,香煎3分钟即可

煮法  2 (烤箱):

  • 不需解冻,只需将未开封的包装袋子在开水里煮10分钟
  • 将肉从包装里取出,预热烤箱 ,200c 烤 5-10分钟即可

煮法  3 (空气炸锅) :

  • 不需解冻,只需将未开封的包装袋子在开水里煮10分钟
  • 将肉从包装里取出,预热空气炸锅 ,180c 烤 4分钟即可
