- Smoked Bacon Siew Mai made with Fresh Fish, Pork and Prawn Paste.
- Serve either Deep Fried with Mayonnaise or Steam and dip it with Sweet or Chili Sauce.
- Frozen Packed and Sealed

Please take note on Cooking Instruction:
- For Steaming: No Defrost Needed, Heat Up the Steamer at High Temperature and Steam for 15 Minutes.
- For Deep Fried: Defrost and Deep Fried with Oil at Medium High Heat for 3-5 Minutes.
