  • Smoked Bacon Siew Mai made with Fresh Fish, Pork and Prawn Paste.

Please take note on Cooking Instruction:

  1. For Steaming: No Defrost Needed, Heat Up the Steamer at High Temperature and Steam for 15 Minutes.
  2. For Deep Fried: Defrost and Deep Fried with Oil at Medium High Heat for 3-5 Minutes.
