Method 1:
- No Defrost Needed, Immerse whole packaging in Hot/Boiling Water for 10 Minutes.
- Remove from Packaging and Oven Bake or Air Fryer for 6-8 Minutes with 200c degrees and you're Ready to Serve.
Method 2:
- Defrost and Remove from Packaging and Oven Bake or Air Fryer for 6-8 Minutes with 200c degrees and you're Ready to Serve.
烹饪说明:

- 将肉从包装里取出,用Oven烤炉或空气炸锅烤6-8分钟200c,就可以食用了
方式二
- 解冻,将肉从包装里取出,用Oven烤炉或空气炸锅烤6-8分钟200c,就可以食用了
